  • Every Wah Ball-z piece is made especially for you once your order is placed.

    Please allow:

    • 2–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared.

    • 6–12 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.

    You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

  • We make each piece especially for you once you place your order. This helps reduce waste and means we don't keep large amounts of stock sitting in a warehouse or in our case in our whare

  • As each item is made especially for you, we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

    If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

  • At the moment, we ship to Australia and New Zealand.
